Yes. It's built from weatherproof deco mesh and outdoor ribbon on a heavy wire frame nothing that soaks up water, sags or rots, unlike real foliage or paper-backed wreaths. It handles rain, wind and frost on an exposed door.

It takes about a minute, and nothing gets screwed into your door:
Unbox the wreath and gently fluff out any mesh curls flattened in transit. Hook the included over-door hanger over the top edge of your door. Hang the wreath on the hook and slide it left or right until it sits central. Straighten the ribbon tails so they fall clear of the letterplate
